We do our best to make your holiday comfortable

here are some guidelines that may help you during your stay

1) CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT: Check-in is scheduled between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm, check-out by 9:00 am. Please agree with the Host on your arrival and departure time within the above time slots. Rentals are allowed from a minimum of 2 days (unless otherwise specified) to a maximum of 4 weeks.

2) PARKING: Ca'Poggiolo does not have private parking. You can park in the common courtyard in front of the house for short loading/unloading operations. Afterwards, you can park for free in the underlying Piazza di Nebbiù (where the Church is) or its surroundings.
3) CATERING: Ca'Poggiolo does not provide catering services. Alternatively, go to the page "Catering ...".
4) HEATING: Each radiator in the room is equipped with a wifi thermostatic valve with remote control. The bathroom radiators have manual thermostatic valves that you can adjust as you wish.
5) BATHROOMS: The bathroom on the ground floor is for the exclusive use of the ground floor room (Room 1). The bathroom on the first mezzanine is for the exclusive use of the first floor room.
6) WASTE: All rooms and bathrooms are equipped with waste bins. According to current rules for separate waste collection, paper must be collected in the room bin and cans/plastic/glass in the corresponding bathroom (or vice versa).
7) SNOW: The road leading to Ca' Poggiolo is kept passable by the Public Service snowplows.
8) TOURIST TAX: It is not included in the rental cost. As tax substitutes for the Municipality of Pieve di Cadore, we will ask you for the amount of €1.50 per person per night (up to a maximum of 5 nights); children under 14 are exempt.
9) DISABLED: The house is not equipped to accommodate disabled guests.
10) DAMAGES AND OTHER: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property and its contents. 11) CLEANING and LINEN: Cleaning and Linen change at the end of the stay.
12) IT IS FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE INSIDE THE HOUSE
13) IT IS FORBIDDEN TO BRING ANIMALS INTO THE HOUSE except for small dogs, never more than one at a time and exclusively in Room 1 (there is an extra charge for this service).
14) COVID-19: Guests must comply with the regulations in force during the period of stay. It is not allowed to stay in this facility for quarantine purposes.
