When you stop at a mountain hut, you’re never short on appetite and the hospitality, always attentive and careful, draws you in with typical dishes that always seem to say “eat me.” Today we’d like to highlight a dish of Austrian origin that will be especially loved by those with a sweet tooth. It’s a sweet omelette called “kaiserschmarren” or more simply “the emperor’s omelette” (apparently it was a favorite of Franz Joseph). Definitely worth trying at least once!
