here are some info that can help you during your stay

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT: Check-in is expected between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm, check-out is scheduled before 9.00 am. Please arrange arrival and departure times with the Host, within the above time slots. Leases from a minimum of 2 days (unless otherwise indicated) to a maximum of 4 weeks are permitted.
PARKING: It is possible to park in the common courtyard in front of the House for short loading-unloading operations. Then you can park for free in the Nebbiù Square (where the Church is) or the surrounding area.
LINEN: Bed linen and towels change at the end of your stay only.
FOOD SERVICE: Ca'Poggiolo does not provide any food service. Alternatively, go to the "Catering ..." page.
CLEANING: A cleaning service is included only at the end of the shift.
HEATING: Each radiator in the room is equipped with a thermostatic valve with which you can adjust the room temperature. BATHROOMS: The ground floor bathroom is for the exclusive use of the ground floor bedroom (Bedroom 1). The bathroom on the first mezzanine is for the exclusive use of the bedroom on the first floor.
WASTE: All rooms and bathrooms are equipped with waste bins. According to the rules in force for separate collection, the paper must be collected in the bedroom waste bin and cans / plastic / glass in the corresponding bathroom (or vice versa).
SNOW: The road leading to Ca 'Poggiolo is kept passable by snowploughs of the Public Service, winter tires are indispensable.
CITY TAX: It is not included in the rental cost. As tax substitutes of the Municipality of Pieve di Cadore we will ask you for the amount of € 1,50 per person per night (up to a maximum of 5 nights); children under 14 are exempt.
DISABLED: The house is not equipped for disabled guests.
DAMAGES: Guests are liable for damage caused to the property and its contents.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE INSIDE THE HOUSE
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO ENTER ANIMALS INTO THE HOUSE with the exception of small dogs, never more than one per shift and exclusively in Room 1 (a supplement is required for this service).
COVID 19: Guests must comply with the regulations in force during the period of the stay. This property is not allowed to stay for quarantine purposes.
